What we do not do
- No sale, rental or transfer of personal data.

Recipients
Data is processed by the newsroom; by our host, acting as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, whose servers are located in France; and, only if you have consented, by Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. No other recipient has access to the data.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement, provided by Google Ireland Limited. We use Google Consent Mode v2: no Google tag is loaded until you accept, and ad personalisation is always disabled. Google processes this data under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms and its own policies — see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our own data stays in the EU. Data collected through Google services may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses included in Google’s data processing terms.
Security
The service is delivered over HTTPS, with a restrictive content security policy and standard protection headers. Access to the messages received is limited to the newsroom members who need it.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access — obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request the deletion of your data.
- Restriction — temporarily suspend processing.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format.
