Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Sportivo France editorial service, available online and published by Sportivo France. Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Sportivo France is an independent editorial information service. It publishes comparative analysis of sports betting operators holding a licence issued by the Autorité Nationale des Jeux.

Sportivo France is not a betting operator. In particular, the publisher:

• accepts, collects and holds no stake, deposit or reader funds;
• opens, manages and closes no betting account;
• processes no financial transaction connected to betting activity;
• publishes no tips, no staking advice and no method presented as a winning one.

3. Age requirement

Access to the service is strictly reserved for people aged 18 or over. By using the service, the user declares that they are an adult under French law. Sports betting is forbidden to minors. The publisher reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who does not meet this condition.

4. No guarantee of results

No content published constitutes a guarantee, a promise or a forecast of winnings. Sports betting carries a risk of financial loss. Ratings and reviews describe the quality of a service, never a probability of an outcome favourable to the user.

5. Outbound links and remuneration

The service contains links to the interfaces of licensed operators. Some are affiliate links capable of generating remuneration for the publisher, flagged in accordance with our disclosure policy. The publisher exercises no control over the content, contractual terms or practices of the linked destinations and accepts no liability for them. The contractual relationship attached to a betting account is formed exclusively between the user and the licensed operator.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, editorial structure, visual identity and original elements of the service are protected and remain the property of Sportivo France. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

The names, logos and trade marks of the operators cited remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. They are reproduced solely for editorial identification and public information, with no claim of right and no suggestion of partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Any rights holder may request the removal of an element by writing to contact@sportivofrance.com; the request will be handled within five working days.

7. No user-generated content

The service has no forum, no comments area and no facility for third parties to post content. All published content is produced and approved by the newsroom. Messages received through the contact form are never published.

8. Availability and security

The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the service available and its delivery secure. The service offers no software download, installs no program on the user’s device and performs no deceptive automatic redirection. Interruptions for maintenance remain possible.

9. Liability

Information is provided for guidance and refreshed on a quarterly cycle. Despite the care taken in verifying it, the publisher cannot guarantee that the recorded data is exhaustive or permanently accurate, as operator terms may change without notice. The publisher accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the content published.

10. Changes to these terms

The publisher may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the date of consultation, whose effective date appears at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
